As a member, you have two types of default bid limits. 

• Count limit is the number of vehicles that you can bid on and win in a day. The default on all accounts is that you can bid on 10 lots and win 5 lots per day. 

• Amount limit is the amount of money that you can bid up to in a day. The default limit on all accounts is £50,000. This can be a limit for one singular bid or between split between different bids.  

Once these bid limits are reached, you will be unable to place any more bids that day. These bid limits reset each day. If you require your bid limits to be increased, you can request this via our Member Services Team on 01234 765 459.   

Please be aware, we will consider your buying and bidding history and there is no guarantee that an increase will be granted, upon review of your request.  

If you need your bid limits raised for a particular auction, please ensure your request is made ahead of the auction time.  

For example, by 9:00 AM for the 10:00 AM auction, or by 11:30 AM for the 12:30 PM auction.
